Any real estate project is subjected to the opening of a file at the Paris-based URUKV firm in order to benefit from all possible advantages aimed at securing capital flows and at ensuring a quality construction.

The client shall be free to appoint a natural or legal person of his choice to ensure parallel monitoring of the structure under construction.
